A note from the proprietor

Welcome, friend.
Hang your coat.

Whichway Escape is not, strictly speaking, a game. It is an evening — the kind one tells stories about for years afterward. Our chambers are designed in the manner of a fine library: every detail chosen, every clue set with intent.

Whether you arrive in a party of two or a confederacy of eight, you will find no flashing lights nor frantic timers shouting at you. Only a low fire, a curious puzzle, and the quiet pride of having figured the thing out yourselves.

— The Proprietor

The Chambers

Three rooms. Three reputations.

Each chamber is a self-contained world. Choose your evening.

I

The Office

— A Tuesday in 2003 —

A corner cubicle. A humming CRT monitor. A boss who has gone suspiciously missing and a desktop full of secrets. Recover three passwords from the company network and walk out before the fluorescent lights flicker once more.

The Conservatory

— Coming Soon —

Glass, ferns, and a dinner party that ended rather badly. Sift through the guest list, the gossip, and the greenhouse to discover what — and who — was really on the menu.

The Dossier

How an evening unfolds.

  1. i.

    Reserve your chamber

Choose a room and a time. We seat one party at a time — you'll never share a chamber with strangers.

  2. ii.

    Arrive at the parlour

A short brief by the fire. A drink, if you like. Then the doors are closed behind you.

  3. iii.

    Solve the matter

Sixty minutes on the clock. No jump-scares, no timer alarms. Just three puzzles and your wits.

  4. iv.

    Take your portrait

Win or lose, every party leaves with their photograph in our book. The best names go on the wall.

“Best thing we've done in this city. We didn't escape. We're already booked to come back.”

— The Wexler Party of Six, March
